1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MET Institution ("METI", the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

METI is a trading intelligence and education platform that provides market data visualization, technical analysis charting, trade journaling, watchlist management, and educational content. METI is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content, data, tools, and analysis provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on METI constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription Plans

METI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Exchange API Keys

If you connect exchange accounts via API keys, you acknowledge that:

  • You should only provide read-only API keys with no withdrawal permissions
  • METI encrypts your keys at rest but is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised keys you created with excessive permissions
  • You can revoke or delete your API keys from METI at any time

7. Market Data

Market data displayed on METI is sourced from third-party providers including Binance. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. METI does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any market data. Do not make trading decisions based solely on data displayed on METI.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — are owned by METI and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Sharing account credentials with third parties
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, METI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
